What does CourtFlow need from CourtReserve?

A CourtReserve API key. You’ll find it under your CourtReserve account settings (Scale and Enterprise plans only). CourtFlow uses it to read your events — it never modifies anything in CourtReserve.

Does it support multiple locations?

Yes. CourtFlow handles unlimited locations on a single license. You can show all locations on one page, or filter to a single location per page — whichever fits your site structure.

What kind of WordPress hosting do I need?

Any modern WordPress install on PHP 7.4+ with the Gutenberg block editor. CourtFlow works on shared hosting (Bluehost, SiteGround, WP Engine, Kinsta, WordPress.com Business+, etc.). No special server requirements.

What happens after the free trial?

On day 14, your card is charged for the plan you selected. We’ll email you a reminder a few days before. If you decide CourtFlow isn’t a fit, cancel from your billing portal and you won’t be charged.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing portal in two clicks. You keep access through the end of your billing period. No retention calls, no “are you sure” loops.

How fast is support?

Email support, replies within one business day. Most setup questions get answered same-day. We’re a small team — you’ll often hear from the person who built the plugin.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing changes in CourtReserve — your events, members, and bookings are untouched. CourtFlow just stops rendering them on your WordPress site. The plugin can be deactivated cleanly at any time.
